Unexplained loss or gain from expected number at harvest

After harvest, ASC requires any unexplained loss or gain (discrepancy between stocking and
harvest numbers that cannot be accounted for) be publicly reported.

Please note that the counting machines we use when we transfer fish from the hatchery to
the ocean are 98 per cent (98%) accurate.
