TV3’s Ocean Bounty featuring New Zealand King Salmon and presented by Gone Fishin‘s Graeme Sinclair took viewers to our Takaka hatchery, out into the Marlborough Sounds where our salmon farms are based and into the kitchen for a chef masterclass in ways to prepare our salmon. It was great to see many of our specialist staff talking about their areas of expertise.
