Dancing for a Cause is returning for its second round of glamour, fun and competition. We thought it would be rude not to get involved – so we’ve thrown our very own CEO Grant Rosewarne under the bus to tango his way to the top!

Grant will be joined by seven other local personalities the night of May 23rd – where they will all compete to raise funding for the Nelson Tasman Hospice.

The Nelson-based dance competition was a huge success in 2018, raising just over $111,000 for the Hospice.

The event mimics much-loved TV show, Dancing with the Stars, as all participants are paired with a professional dancer who trains them and performs with them on the night.

‘’I’ve never done formal dancing where actual steps are required,’’ Grant says, adding that he was a little nervous.

‘’But the desire to support the Nelson Tasman Hospice has somehow overcome my common sense, and my two left feet!’’

Grant hopes to raise $5000 for the Nelson Tasman Hospice before the final showdown. A page has been set up on his behalf to collect donations.
