An opportunity has come up for qualified divers to join our Subsea Team. Working in our Aquaculture Division. The Subsea Team works across all our seawater locations in the Marlborough Sounds.
The Subsea Team plays a critical role in the installation and maintenance of our seawater infrastructure. As part of this team, you will provide practical support to our sea farms focussing on predator net systems and mooring maintenance.
Working in a challenging environment, health and safety will be front of mind in all your operations.
You will bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to this role. You will be comfortable being in a wetsuit most days, have a good level of fitness, and the ability to stay calm and focused while under pressure.
You will have a minimum Commercial Diving Certificate of Competence in Aquaculture, however ADAS qualifications would be an advantage. You will be required to have a current full dive medical prior to commencing work. In addition to your dive qualification, experience working within and aquaculture environment or boat handling skills/ Maritime NZ qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential.
