We’re seeking an experienced marketing professional to deliver world class development and management of our retail and corporate brands, particularly Regal Salmon.
Implementing our retail marketing plan will be your core focus with a view to developing our retail brands, Regal and Southern Ocean. As the day to day ‘brand guardian’, you will maintain brand integrity across marketing initiatives and communications, and oversee a portfolio of products. You will be responsible for managing the online presence of our retail brands, including social and digital media, as well as working alongside influencers to promote our Regal brand.
You will be involved with the generation, launch and review of new products, and also monitoring product packaging to optimise function and design. You will work alongside the Marketing Manager, Retail to manage agencies and leverage ATL activity.
The successful applicant will also be required to collaborate effectively with our retail sales and marketing teams around the world delivering effective Trade Marketing programs and in NZ to deliver on marketing plans set by the Marketing Manager, Retail, and GM Marketing.
The candidate will also help manage the NZKS corporate brand as required.
Ideally, the candidate will have an interest in or knowledge of the premium food industry, with a relevant degree and a minimum of four years experience working with world class food brands or in the FMCG industry. They will have a confident approach to communications and collaboration with a wide, geographically diverse team and be capable of identifying and delivering practical and cost-effective marketing solutions worthy of our premium brand positioning.
Flexibility of location will be considered for the right candidate – either based in our headquarters in Nelson or in our Auckland office.
